i'm worried sick.
my juniors are beginning not to turn up for activity.
(for some excuses that i wouldn't even thought of when i was a cadet)
and some how i just cant connect to them.
ytd's activity, staff jas had a talk with the sec twos.
i still had some disagreements within me, but still,
at least some measures are being taken...

and, just what's wrong with my leadership styles?
i have been asking for comments yadda yadda about my lessons etc.
if any of you my dear juniors are unhappy,
just come forth and tell me!
i'm more than happy to accept them positively...

now, on a happier tone,
i love yesterday's activity too!
cause i taught my own squadmates on first aid.
first time as teaching first aid yeah?

i'll be seeing them later for kayaking again.
and...
report book was given back ytd.
glad that i'd improved!
esp for addmaths and physics.
oh! my CIP hours earned this year is 82!
hahaha, see, being ps head has its benefits! HAH.

forget to add that i'm COMBAT TRAINER for NCOC'06!
